Duncan

Duncan is a very active Australian Shepherd mix.
He acts like an Aussie and has many common Aussie traits but we think he may have something else in there (maybe Collie?). We really don’t know for sure because Duncan was found abandoned at a ranch in Lodi a few weeks ago.

Duncan is a quick learner with positive reinforcement because he really wants to please his people.
He learned his name in a day or two and has great recall if you call him. Duncan is fully housetrained and up-to-date on all his vaccines.

He has also been neutered and microchipped. He loves people and other dogs and seems to get along with anyone who wants to meet him. We have noticed that he has some separation anxiety issues, probably due to being abandoned by his previous owners. However, we are already seeing this reduce just in the short time he’s been at our home.

Children 12 and up and home with prior dog experience.
